1. Once you have placed your order and made payment you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your payment and order request.

2. We will process your order and confirm shipping date within 2 business days.

3. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number that you can use to track your order on our track my order tab or at the courier's website.

No problem, if you are not 100% confident placing your order online, you are welcome to give us a call before placing your order. We will gladly assist!

Payments

We accept all major credit cards as well as Bank Deposit, EFT and PayPal payments.

Ordering from us is a very safe process. We offer a secure payment method which ensures that your payment is 100% safe and secure. For piece of mind we are registered with the Diamond Dealers Club and the Jewellery Council of South Africa and adhere strictly to their set out policies and procedures.

First Diamonds will charge no additional taxes in South Africa although on international orders you could possibly be charged duties in line with the policies of your country of residence. These duties will be for your own account.

Product

All our jewelry pieces comes with a valuation certificate, this certificate indicates the replacement retail value of the piece, for insurance purposes. A laboratory certificate is a certificate issued by an independent laboratory (GIA, EGL or The Gen Lab) mainly for stones which are 0.50ct and up to verify the quality of a diamond or a tanzanite.

Our diamonds are sourced direct from South African mines adhering strictly to the Kimberley process.

We offer a 6 month manufacturing warranty.

Returns

We are very confident in our products and are sure you will love your piece! If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days. Read more on our return policy at the home page footer menu.

Shipping

No, we offer a free of charge worldwide shipment to your doorstep.

Yes, look for the Track my order Tab on our homepage or simply track it at the courier's website. You do that by inserting the tracking number where appropriate. 

7-14 business days from order confirmation. Note that we do rely on third party suppliers to ship your parcel and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, this is not a problem, simply fill the details as well as their address when checking out and we will ship it directly to them for you.

You will be notified with a waybill number once your order has been shipped. You can then track your order at our track my order tab or at the courier's website in order to know better of estimated delivery time.

Yes, your item is insured until you accept delivery.

After confirmation that your order is ready, shipping takes about 3-4 business days.
